  • Failure of a rural pipeline in South Dakota. Provided forensic engineering services to determine the cause of the pipe failure. Prepared several expert reports, affidavits and gave two depositions. Spent 6 weeks in court evaluating testimony of opposing experts and testifying for the defense. Case settled in court.

  • Failure of a penstock to a hydro power plant in Idaho. Provided forensic engineering services to determine the cause of the failure. Prepared expert report and gave deposition. The case settled before it went to trial.

  • Failure of a 78 inch diameter concrete pipe for Stockton CA, East Water District . Provided forensic engineering services to determine the cause of the failure. The case was settled out of court.
